NJ Statewide Assessment Schedule

Measures of Academic Progress (MAP)  is a computerized adaptive assessment program that provides teachers with information they can use to improve teaching and learning. MAP will measure academic growth over time, independent of grade level or age.

Burlington County Family Support Organization is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 organization and an independent partner in New Jersey's Department of Children and Families System of Care. We offer peer support, education, and advocacy for families raising children with developmental disabilities, emotional, behavioral, and/or mental health challenges. The people that work at the Family Support Organization are parents or guardians whose children have experienced the same challenges and successes as the families we serve.

Empowering families as advocates and partners in improving education, health/mental health and human services outcomes for infants, toddlers, children, youth and young adults.

PerformCare - New Jersey’s System of Care contracted system administrator. Call PerformCare New Jersey regarding your child if you are concerned about an emotional or behavioral problem, or if a trusted person, such as a friend, family member, teacher or counselor, your doctor, or your clergyman, thinks your child, youth, or young adult needs help.

Youth who are eligible for services through PerformCare are primarily between the ages of 5 and 21 (up to his or her 21st birthday), reside in the State of New Jersey and have an emotional or serious mental health or behavioral need. Special consideration for services is given to children under the age five.
